Additive for restoring the working surfaces of gears, reducing the noise and vibrations during their operation. Designed for such units as: differential (including self-locking), transfer case, HALDEX clutch, high-friction differential, on-Board gearbox. It is suitable for use in units with any type of transmission fluid, since it does not change the chemical and physical properties of the lubricant and only affects the metal friction surfaces.

Application

Instructions for application

Treatment of transfer cases, differentials and other reducers is made in accordance with the following procedure:

  1. Warm up the unit up to operating temperature (regular operation) and operate it under the working load for15-20 minutes.
  2. Stop the engine
  3. Stir the compound in the can thoroughly until natural sediments (active components) are totally dissolved.
  4. Apply 1 can of the compound through regular filling neck. It is enough for treatment of the units with transmission fluid volume from 0.7 to 2.2 liters.
  5. Immediately after applying it is recommended to drive the car for no less than 20 - 30 min. in regular operation mode.
  6. After the procedure you can use the car as usual.

To provide continuous level of protection of the unit it is recommended to apply the compound further after each scheduled replacement of transmission fluid.
